Gradelink is an excellent online gradebook used by teachers to input grades and attendance and can be accessed by students as well as parents to track academic progress. It can also be used by the special education teachers for data collection purposes.

• Data Collections – This tool helps the special education case mangers track students’ attendance as well as daily behavior. Gradelink allows teachers to leave private comments for the administration, case managers, and behavior specialist. This information is helpful when collecting data for a student's IEP. 
• Students and parents are given access to Gradelink. The Gradelink account can be set up with alerts when a student receives a low grade. Parents can choose the grade for receiving this alert.
• Gradelink also makes communication easier for teachers to send a smart link email to students, parents, case managers, and the administration all at once.
